The Culture Association of Northern Riga provides various rental services, offering the premises and outdoor territories of the VEF Culture Palace, the Mežaparks Grand Bandstand and the Culture Palace “Ziemeļblāzma”, suited for events of different types and scale – concerts, corporate events, meetings, balls and other events.

We offer captivating and insightful tours of all three cultural spaces of the Northern District, including the opportunity to visit:

• The Mežaparks Grand Bandstand – inner premises (Kokaru Hall, exhibition areas and conference halls) and the outdoor territory (the Stage, the spectator field, the pergola and the pavilion);
• The Culture Palace “Ziemeļblāzma” – inner premises (public access area with exhibition halls and rehearsal rooms) and the Park’s territory with access to the Tower;
• The VEF Culture Palace – inner premises (public access area with exhibition halls and rehearsal rooms, the Souvenir Room in the basement of the Palace, the trap room);
• The VEF History Museum;
• Tour of the territory of the VEF fabric;
• At the customers’ option, excursion opportunities can also be combined or customised as agreed in advance with the tour guide.
